Congratulations. Whether you stumbled upon or were guided to you have taken the first step to reclaiming your physical and mental health.

Having reached 35 stone, the agony of morbid obesity is all too familiar to me.  I also know the torment of mental health issues, suffering depression/bipolar for most of my adult life.

For thirty years I trooped along to countless medical professionals hoping they could help in the battle against weight gain and alleviate the depression/bipolar disorder that blighted my life. The majority of these practitioners tried their best within the constraints of the time allowed for each patient but I lost count of the times I waited months for a critical appointment only to feel I was ushered out the door before I had a chance to explain why I was there.

Another medical professional treated me as a guinea pig,  prescribing way over the recommended dosage of Prozac. This left me barely able to function and resulted in a successful legal case against the practitioner and health authority. Promises made by the health authority to improve my treatment never materialised.

I want to share the experiences and tips that have helped free me from the struggle with weight and mental health issues so you too can break the cycle of despair that is so damaging.

You will find guidance on how to overcome emotional eating, repair low self-esteem and show why you deserve to become the person you have always wanted to be.

So once again I congratulate you on finding You have taken an important step on the journey to weight loss and improved mental well being.  If you are desperate to reduce your weight and maintain this loss, I will show you how this is achievable.

I am not advocating that you stop visiting or taking the advice of your medical professional. I still visit mine too. However, I now realise these people are not infallible and it is I that must make the changes necessary to live a healthier, fuller and happier life.

The aim of is to offer support, guidance and through my example show you what is possible.
