Lesson 1 Change your mindset

Today you start with a clean slate. Any past diet failures have no bearing on the first step you have decided to take today.

Whenever doubts creep in you need to remind yourself this is a new beginning. Tell yourself you will succeed this time because you have totally committed to losing weight because you deserve to become the person you desire to be.

You need to do only two things to complete this first lesson.

Firstly, you will create a positive affirmation that you will repeat ten times to yourself directly before getting into your bed this evening.

My own affirmation was:

I WILL BE UNDER THIRTY STONE BY CHRISTMAS EVE  

Secondly, create an image in your mind of the size you would like to be. Before going to sleep visualise yourself stepping onto your bathroom scales and reaching this ideal weight.

Try to really feel how good it will make you feel to reach this ideal weight. Think of how good you will look and feel when you can get into those beautiful clothes that are just waiting for you to try on.

This is all you need to do in this first lesson but make sure you carry out the two previous instructions every night before you go to sleep.

These two powerful tools will help reprogram your subconscious and let it know that it will not stop you reaching your desired weight target.
